Exceptional
Good apartment in a great location with plenty of room and comfortable beds
Liked: It was in a really great location. The property was roomy and it was lovely to look out over the river. The beds were really comfortable. Check in and check out were really easy. Communication with the host was excellent.
Disliked: The decor was a bit dated but it wouldn’t stop me booking the apartment again.
Liked: Loved this apartment!! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Girona and within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see, with plenty of restaurants, bars and attractions close by. The apartment itself was brilliant. Everything had been thought of and catered for, making our stay really comfortable and easy. It was clean, well equipped and had everything we needed. The instructions for accessing the apartment were also excellent. Everything was explained clearly and made arriving and getting settled in completely hassle-free. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Girona and would happily stay here again. A fantastic base for exploring this beautiful city.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. David was organised with the booking information, very welcoming, and made the whole experience extremely easy, simple and well-managed. Everything you need to know is provided without being intrusive. Everything in this beautiful apartment matched the listing- we would be 100% happy to stay again. The property is in excellent condition, very airy, very clean, and incredibly spacious… and everything works exactly as expected. The apartment is in a wonderful riverside location and it’s a stress-free area. It’s a very calm and cool space which we were so glad of in the midst of a heatwave - a fantastic stay overall. We chose this place for the location, and it did not disappoint. Everything was nearby - cafes, restaurants, beautiful streets and historic buildings. It is easy to settle in straight away. We would absolutely recommend staying here.

Excellent
Liked: Perfect location, located at very heart of old city, front door is on the main street, the other side can see the view of river. The room is spacious, two bedrooms, one to the street, may noisy by the night, another is small and quiet. The host David is a very careful guy, we received detailed check in instruction as soon as we finished booking. Inside apartment, there are some signs guide guest. Also David prepared a detailed guidebook for guest. David sent us a bottle of wine. The main sights in short walk distance. Many restaurants can be found at Plaza Independence, just a several minutes walk.
Disliked: When we checked in, the house keeping was not finished, I called David, very soon the cleaning lady came and do thework. The coffee machine was not working.
Fantastic location and lovely apartment
Liked: The apartment is in a perfect location in the old town, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral, the Basilica, the very informative History of Girona museum and also just across the bridge from Placa Independencia with lovely restaurants and bars. The busy Rambla street is minutes away and it is about 15 minutes walk to the bus station where airport bus 607 takes about 25 minutes and is less than £3. The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need..even filtered cold water. There is an abundance of hangers in spacious wardrobes, endless storage drawers and a very good hairdryer so no need to bring one. David has left maps and guides and has a useful map of the city on kitchen wall with recommendations for supermarkets/restaurants etc. Gaining access was very easy and clear instructions for collecting keys. We loved our stay with river view and street view and we had no problem at all with noise. Definitely recommend this apartment.
