Disliked: Badly clean, not instructions how to use the machines, one bedroom really dark not natural light, not air in as the blind didn't open at all, oven really dirty, not enough toilet paper ( they leave just 2 toilet rolls), few blankets in the wardrobe were really smelly and dirty, couple of pillows that we found in the main bedroom were dirty and not pillow cases

Liked: Great location, fully equipped, very comfortable, the host is very helpful and supportive, replies almost instantly with helpful insights. Paid parking available within 5 minutes walk.
Disliked: Too many small flies going in. Installing a net at the windows would make the location perfect.

Liked: I really liked the location and apartment as a whole. I arrived as they had just finished cleaning and the place was spotless and perfect for 2 people as I had booked the superior apartment. Which I would happily book again next time I am in Girona. The owner of the building/facilities management was super responsive and helpful as I had a few questions and needed somethings sorted. Overall a great place to stay and in a perfect location.
Disliked: I wish you could check in earlier. 4pm is quite late so I was waiting at a cafe for a few hours during the day. So I would love an option to check in earlier for future reference. The electric keycode had to be changed twice as it had issues. (That was sorted in a matter of seconds hence why it's great that the team is so reponsive.) However a normal key would be better, but I am abit more old school.
