Liked: Location and layout fab for stay.
Disliked: Akiles app not set up and working correctly on arrival which meant I spent from 2am to 4am trying to get into building and apartment with bad phone signal.and no wifi to contact hosts. Very stressful.

This listing has great potential, but was a terrible experience
Liked: The location was great, and the apartment was large and well furnished. I liked that it had a washer/dryer, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: - The wifi app for the door lock never worked. We did not have enough signal in the building to use it, and even when we connected to the Wifi we didn't get signal until we got through the door. We had to have somebody at the door and somebody using the app on the street in order to get in. If somebody was by themselves there was no way to get into the apartment. - The instructions stated somebody would contact us within 24 hours prior to our stay. Nobody got in touch with us about the actual stay until the second day after we sent several messages. - The folding chaise in the living room was absolutely filthy and we couldn't use it - There was zero parking available our entire stay -There was one large fan and one small fan. The small fan was not sufficient for the bedroom, and the large fan barely worked and just stopped working completely by the second day. This was not acceptable during a heat wave. I had to travel on the third day and buy two new fans which I could not fit in the car on the way back and had to leave with family - The instructions say to remove the trash, but there were no instructions on where we could take it, and no dumpsters in the immediate area
No hot water in the flat, but a great location
Liked: - great location, but lack of hot water and zero response was not worth it - flexible check in
Disliked: - no hot water and zero response from the host almost I contacted them daily - smelly bathroom - once the host reacted to the problems, there was zero action taken to make up for it (rebate on that stay, voucher for next one)
Disappointing
Liked: The location was very close to the old city in Girona and so a great place to walk around and explore.
Disliked: The apartment was darker and noisier than I had anticipated. The couch and chaise in the living room--which allowed two people who didn't want to share a bed to stay there--had stains on the upholstery, though it was clean. The property managers took a long time to reply, which was frustrating because the toilet was broken/running throughout our entire two night stay.
