A very pleasant stay and very convenient location

Liked: The facility was based in the centre of the tourist section, it was very clean and well maintained. Also, I had a problem in travelling to Granada and a Staff member was in contact with me, gave very helpful advice and went over and above expectations. I appreciated the helpfulness.

  Disliked: Not applicable

  Lovely hotel in prime location

Liked: The property is in an excellent location! The staff was consistently nice, kind and helpful. They made you feel very welcomed. The room itself was very renovated and had an unique layout and had even a small balcony. The AC worked very well. I’d stay here again if I come back to Granada

Disliked: There was a bit of noise late at night due to the location of the hotel. Totally expected. Also the tv screen was a bit small and oddly placed but worked very well and had nice quality.
