  Could've been amazing

  Liked: The studio apartment was very modern and comfortable. It was also very quiet. Breakfast was outstanding.

  Disliked: It was really confusing how to enter this apartment. We were given a whatsapp number to contact. It was facilitated with the nearby hotel but it was not obvious to me where the hotel entrance was. Most disappointedly the apartment lobby needed a code to get in which local criminal had access to and stole one of our bags from the apartment reception. I can only assume they rang the bell and the reception gave them the code as they did with us. Security needs to be improved. We have incurred about £3,000 in extra expense over last five days as our passports were stolen. Has made for a truly awful experience, not all of this can of course be blamed on the hotel, but if they read this please do tighten up your security process. Also when someone asks where the hotel is relative to the apartments give clearer instruction.

  Amazing stay in Granada!

  Liked: The location, cleanliness, design, access to laundry and staff were very friendly

  Disliked: Very minor things - a bigger garbage in the apartment especially while staying for a few days. Better design in the bathroom to prevent leaks from the shower

  Great place today, especially if travelling as a family

  Liked: This is our second time staying with here and once again it was great and met all our expectations. It is so lovely and clean and fresh and we cannot recommend it highly enough. It was perfect for our family.

  Loved it

  Liked: Brand new property, very family friendly. Travelling with a 2 year old wasn’t always a walk in the park, but I would say that this apartment is probably where he, and consequently us, had the best sleep. Pool on top made the stay even more enjoyable.

  Disliked: A bit far from the old town, especially for Granada’s standards.
