  Liked: Location was ok.

  Disliked: I booked and paid for 2 BR apartment. We were given a a small and very cramped 1br room which then had to accommodate 5 people for our entire 2 night stay. We raised this several times with reception staff who assured us the manager would call us to rectify the situation. This did not happen at all during our stay. Very dissatisfied and feel ripped off. Will also leave a negative Google review. 0star review for this stay.

  Central location, quiet, well equipped apartment

  Liked: Central location, quiet, parking space available for rent, just around the corner street with a lot of restaurants.

  Disliked: Communication was difficult with the reception; no response on mails, even telephone calls were not followed up with mails. However, finally everything was resolved.

  Hotel with really friendly staff in central location of Granada city– I’d recommend it at any time

  Liked: The whole apartment was amazing, airy, nice furnished and with plenty of space. We had three balconies – it was lovely to sit out there in the evenings. The street was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was clean and equipped with everything you need for cooking. But what impressed me most of all was the staff – they were incredibly helpful and friendly, even outside reception hours (they communicated well with us via WhatsApp and helped us enormously with our parking dilemma – absolutely brilliant).

  Disliked: We travelled with van and unfortunatelly this didnt fit into the garage that belong to the hotel. It costs us a lot of stress to find and alternate parking that was not too far from the hotel as the hotel is situated in pedestrian zone with many restrictions by parking.

Good to know

The apartments and reception are located in Laurel de San Matías, 8, just 328 feet from the town hall. Guests traveling by car should contact Arte Vida Suites & Spa in advance for directions on how to get to the car park.

Reception hours: from 09:15 to 15:00. Guests planning to arrive outside reception hours must inform the property in advance to obtain the access code.

The extra bed can be a sofa bed or an extra single bed (cannot be guaranteed in advance).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

A deposit may be required at the property.
