  Comfortable bed & good breakfast

  Liked: Comfiest bed and pillows I have ever slept on in any hotel! Breakfast was nice & parking underground (capped daily at 18 euros with the hotel)

  Disliked: Wasn’t really anywhere to walk locally but if you hire a car this isn’t a problem.

  We had a very easy, wonderful time

  Liked: It was almost all great.

  Disliked: No shade around pool, sunbeds on roof, the small unbrellas hardly blocked out sun or heat which made it unusable for us as a family but looked great and one can get drinks there. We arrived in the evening and had to wait an hour to be served for our room key. Only 2 people ahead of us, so unacceptable.

  Very kind staff, Comfortable beds, clean, Good view... but breakfast not up to the standards!

  Liked: -Staff was very kind, we could not find the parking place and they explained this to me via phone in a very kind way. -We had a lovely view on the Sierra Nevada -The room was very large, quiet, clean and bed was very comfortable! King size bed!

  Disliked: -Breakfast did not meet our standards! This is a 5 star hotel. However, fruit was not fresh and selection was poor. Healthy breakfast options were missing ( we would encourage the hotel to include a larger variety and higher quality of fresh fruit and vegetables in their breakfast buffet). Moreover, scrambled eggs were not meeting our taste at all...probably too much milk or cream.... it's a pity, because we are sure that with a few tweaks the breakfast could be way better and meet the hotel standards!

  Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Any issues I had were immediately resolved. I have no complaints

  Liked: I loved the options for breakfast. So many delicious options and lots of healthy things to choose from. The staff made sure the tables stayed clean. My bed and pillows were very comfortable and I was grateful for the courtesy water in the refrigerator. I enjoyed some drinks at the bar and utilized the work out room as well. From my room I could see the entire city.

  Disliked: It may be a cultural thing. As an American we make it a point to smile and be extra friendly with guests. I'm not used to the very serious faces. I feel like I'm imposing on someone who doesn't want to be bothered.
