  Fantastic Location with a Beautiful Alhambra View

  Liked: The location is excellent, right in the centre of Granada and very convenient for exploring the city. Our room was on the top floor under the attic and had a fantastic view of the Alhambra, which was a real highlight of our stay. Our booking was originally for the building at number 17, but on arrival we were directed to the other building at number 8. This was a little confusing at first, although we didn’t mind once everything was explained. Special recognition to Rafael at the reception at number 17, who was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, a comfortable stay in a fantastic central location, with the Alhambra view making it particularly memorable.

  Disliked: One thing to be aware of is that the room is not cleaned or restocked daily. This can be a little inconvenient, particularly when rubbish starts accumulating during a multi-night stay.

  Disliked: Complicated directions on arrival. Tried calling 3 times but nobody answered. Also at 10.15am on the day of departure a woman let herself into our apartment and walked into the bedroom looked under the bed then walked out again. She obviously knew the code. A good job we were dressed.
