  Small improvements could make a huge difference

  Liked: Cleanliness

  Disliked: Unfortunately it was a very noisy environment - shouting and arguments went on for hours in the building. Broken window, small shower and no space in the toilet area. No kettle. No shower gel or extra toilet roll. We were told that this is not a hotel. No WiFi in the room, only in the common areas. For 4 of us there, we only had 2 cups.

  Liked: The location could not be better.

  Disliked: Our room had some road noise but the roads in the district are mostly closed 11pm to 7am.

  Amazing location

  Liked: The location was fantastic, we went out to eat so didn't really use the cooking facilities. Very secure with secure parking to. You can glimpse the walls of the Alhambra from the windows, just a lovely quiet place

  Disliked: Only thing was the shower, there was no bracket for the shower head, which lead to myself and my husband tag teaming as the shower head holder 😅 one of us standing outside the cubicle, hand over the top holding the shower 🤣

  Disappointing

  Liked: Advertising pictures of a stunning property however the property is not the same, the place is a mess.

  Disliked: The property is quite old. The pictures that were uploaded were misleading, and we booked it thinking it would be one thing, but it turned out to be very disappointing. The shower was broken and not attached to the wall, there was no kettle, no facilities, and no iron. There was no staff present, which meant that other guests could party loudly as late as they wanted. We didn't get any sleep during the two nights we stayed there. This place is not a hotel; it’s just a collection of dusty small apartments with no organization. Additionally, the Wi-Fi information was not displayed anywhere in the apartment. I only discovered they had Wi-Fi when I went down to the patio, when we were living in the place so we essentially didn't use it at all. We will never come back.
