  Basic apartment just to sleep over for shorter stay or overnight layover. Small rooms ans old apartment

  Disliked: No duvet or blanket only white cotton sheet on bed, small rooms and old apartment, parking is very tight

  Disliked: The bar down the street was noisy, the storage space for clothes could be improved with drawers under the bed. The windows didn’t lock securely

  Liked: Fully equipped kitchen, very good mattresses and pillows, coffee along with the machine.

  Disliked: Very noisy, no soundproof. Our room 003 was very small. I suggest a kind if shelf in the shower for our bathing products.

  This place is only good for the location and nothing else!

  Liked: Check in was extremely difficult since I never received my instructions when they said they would send at 3pm. I couldn’t make local calls and did not have an alternative way to reach someone even trying them via WhatsApp. I finally asked someone on the street to make the phone call for me. When I explained that I had been waiting for entry instructions for the check in, they insisted an email was sent but again I never received it until I made them aware of this. It’s unfortunate that they don’t email you entry instructions at least with a 24 hour notice to avoid these stressful situations. I also asked for someone to hold my luggage prior to my arrival when I booked because I didn’t want to walk around with it before check in but the staff is non-existent and the place never contacted me about my request. I ended up having to pay for lockers nearby and waited over 3 hours for someone to finally send me the entry instructions. I wasted a lot of time waiting for someone to contact me.

  Disliked: The check in is not very personal and it’s all faceless- everything was digital to enter I had to use my phone each time to open exterior and indoor doors. This was VERY inconvenient because that meant that my mobile had to always have battery life left at the end of the day so I could get into the property which was very annoying since I would leave very early and return late at night. I didn’t have shower gel in the bathroom and had to ask someone to replace a light bulb next to the bed. Photos make the apartment look bigger than it actually was and you can hear everyone in the same building. Wasn’t as quiet as I expected with so many rules and no one besides the cleaning crew was on site so don’t expect a full staff if you go.

  Liked: Good location

  Disliked: Check in instructions were not clear and access to the parking was complicated and staff was quite rude There was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. I ended up paying more than expected as my initial booking was cancelled and I had to book again at higher cost.
