  Pleasant stay in a great location

  Liked: Great location. Very close to Alhambra and city square. Beautiful old building with gorgeous restaurant and bar downstairs. No reception staff on site but easy to contact on WhatsApp. Loved the electronic key.

  Disliked: Room quite small and no facilities in room and breakfast option at another hotel. Can be noisy

  Perfect location with historic flavour

  Liked: Historic property right at the centre of Granada

  Disliked: Room 206 was large and very comfortable but a bit dark.

  Host was great and I would definitely recommend it yo anyone

  Liked: You walk on through the dark door and it just feels so magical. You arrive into a beautiful dining room with a wonderful running fountain

  Disliked: It was a bit confusing on how to check on, but it was great when you knew how it worked. They only open for supper at 8:00, which all restaurant do.

  Nice city centre hotel

  Liked: Good location close to central square and 20 min walk from Alhambra. Close to some excellent restaurants. Helpful staff with good suggestions on things to do.

  Disliked: You have to visit a sister hotel, 5 mins walk away, for breakfast. Parking is close by but expensive.

  Liked: Location is amazing just off of the Plaza Nueva and river Darro. Easy walk to Alhambra, Albaicin and Central areas including Cathedral. Nice spacious rooms with balcony and high ceilings. Comfy bed and all at a great price for the area. The key to your room and front door opened with a swipe from your phone once set up by the reception. Would definitely stay again. The downstairs bar and event room is beautiful.

  Disliked: There is no permanent reception and we had to go across the square to the sister hotel to do the official check in passport scans etc. However, they were lovely, there to meet us on arrival and made sure we had our rooms and were comfortable prior to doing the formalities. If i was to be overly critical the rooms were a bit basic, but you aren't paying for a 5 star hotel, so was more than adequate.
