  Very nice hotel, we stayed for 3 nights and was a lovely hotel for our stay, would recommend to everyone

  Liked: The rooms were clean, well maintained, the bed was comfortable. A Smart mirror and Japanese toilets were nice unexpected extras. Coffee and teas available in the lobby for free.

  Liked: Sewage smell in the room coming from the bathroom. The cleaning lady assisted but she said there was not much else to do as it was coming from the drainage. I had to put a few towels on the bathroom door floor to try to block the odor from coming into the room and sleep with the window wide open even though it was cold. They didn't offer a discount for the horrible smell or offer to move me to another room.

  Liked: The staff and technology

  Disliked: My stay could have been better; the bathroom had a very unpleasant odor—even with the door closed—that was clearly coming from the drain. It was unbelievable.
