  Really enjoyed my stay, great apartment in a great location, very clean, very hospitable. Highly recommend

  Liked: The staff is super friendly and ready to help. The apartment is neat and comfortable, five minutes walk from the cathedral.

  Reasonable place but staff need to lift their game

  Liked: Spacious and well equipped.

  Disliked: Stair lift gearing a problem on access stairs. Gear teeth sharp. Access panel at front door too low and too dark to see properly.

  Liked: The apartment is great, it’s big and really complete with all needed. I was even surprised with it having 2 bathrooms and stuff like a washing machine (was incredibly useful!). The location is excellent as well, in the heart of the city and so close to everything. Area is beautiful. Kitchen is also well equipped

  Disliked: Mainly the cleaning of the showers. Very mouldy and hasn’t had a deep clean in a while (full of black and pink spots). This is a must to be done soon, otherwise it’s disgusting. The building also is accessed by a very long staircase, which for us was not a problem but I would consider this if you have mobility issues (there seemed to be a stair escalator, worth asking).
