  Enjoyable happy overall

  Liked: Layout and size

  Disliked: A few small details that would have made a difference. 1. Shower door faulty. 1a. Shower floor very slippery, my wife fell and had to go to hospital. Should provide a rubber or non slip mat. 2. It’s great to have a washing machine but to have to purchase detergent and conditioner for 2 washes seems excessive. Why not provide it as it would cost very little. 3. Same comment for bin liners and dishwasher tabs 4. Feel owner should highlight there are stairs to get to accommodation. 5. No heating option in bathroom 6. Only 1 large coffee mug

  Amazing view from Terrance, the perfect holiday apartment

  Liked: The view from the Terrance is amazing, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, nice shower, roomy kitchen and living room. Coffee machine all the amenities you need. Very central and quiet. There is also lift which is handy.

  Disliked: Maybe send the check in details the day before rather than a couple of hrs prior to check in as some peoples mobile phones don’t work so well when abroad and out of signal

  Great experience

  Liked: Very spacious area, with plenty of room for the three of us. The terrace was spectacular, great views of the City. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and activities within walking distance.

  Lovely quiet place from which it is easy to explore Granada

  Liked: The location plus the roof terrace.

  Disliked: 1. A welcome pack would be nice for people not staying long and travelling light - small amounts of milk, salt, pepper, olive oil etc. In some places the pack includes a bottle of wine. 2. The handle on the bathroom door needs replacing. 3. On the last morning the boiler sprung a leak, hope it was repaired before the next guests arrived.

  Liked: The apartment was really beautiful and in a fantastic location from which to explore the city. On the balcony you could hear the gentle hubub of bars below but the area felt safe and it was quiet inside the apartment. We loved having the roof terrace - it had the sun in the mornings so was perfect for breakfast outside but stayed very pleasant throughout the day and for evening drinks. Getting the keys and access to the apartment was straightforward. The Aircon worked excellently - very easy to use and quick to bring the apartment to a desirable temperature. Generally it felt well equipped and with modern, functional appliances. The shower was lovely - hot and powerful. We requested a cot for our baby and this was provided without any trouble.

  Disliked: (This may have been mentioned in the listing but I didn't notice) - although the apartment block has a lift, there's a small set of steps before you get to it, and then there are further steps from the front door of the apartment up into it. This meant that it wasn't very practical (though still technically manageable) with a large pram.
