Exceptional
Overall would stay again
Liked: Loved the location. Very clean, nice room and staff. But breakfast could have been better
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit limited in options - when we arrive at 930am there were no bananas- clearly all finished. The “hot “breakfast was sitting on something with hot water underneath - but was all cold- had to ask for it to be heated up. The boiled eggs where stone cold (as if out of fridge)

Hotel is good, but finding the hotel and parking is stressful

Disliked: It’s difficult to follow Google map to reach the hotel by car, due to restriction of streets.
Great trip to Granada, staying in a fantastic hotel
Liked: The hotel staff were great. The breakfast was really good and the hotel was very central and so easy to get around.
Disliked: Nothing.
Liked: excellent location in the centre of town, upgraded to a junior suite room which was fantastic,
Perfect location and great food for a Celiac
Liked: Granada is a lovely city and we were right in the hub so it was great walking everywhere from the hotel. Staff were wonderful, the decor is lovely and the breakfast was excellent! Being Celiac this was the best place we ate at for variety for me. They gave me a metal device to put my bread in the toaster to hold it off the area where gluten bread went through, which was much appreciated and there were a number of other things I could eat as well. We caught a bus to the Alhambra Palace and it was only two blocks away.
Disliked: There is a parking garage directly beside the hotel and is free for guests. We missed turns a couple of times in getting into the old town and to go around on all the one way streets one more time was another 15 min so we parked in a garage that was two streets away but easy to walk to though we had to pay for it.
