Clean, modern apartment in central Granada

Liked: Clean, modern property in the centre on the second floor ( there is a lift).

Disliked: As others have stated, the parking is very very tight - only for small cars and experienced drivers! Communication is done though WhatsApp - be sure to check your messages, as I missed one asking me to let them know when we were 45 minutes away…..hence we arrived and had to wait for someone to come with the key,

Spacious and well-located apartment, but cleanliness could be improved

Liked: Very spacious apartment with a nice balcony and a convenient location close to the city centre. Having private parking was also very useful.

Disliked: The cleanliness could have been better. There was dust on some surfaces and stains on the cushions, and some of the towels did not seem completely clean. The shower door also did not close properly. The parking was convenient but extremely tight and could be difficult to access with a larger car.

  Perfect location

Liked: Centrally located, clean, comfortable and spacious apartment.

Disliked: No sound isolation, during the weekend, I could hear the neighbors’ talk, TV, and loud party till very late at night. Albeit, this is not necessarily the property’s fault, that is simply the European standard

  Lovely, well-located apartment

Liked: This is a nicely furnished, modern and well-equipped apartment. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet at night. The apartment is well situated with a small grocery store nearby and just a short walk to the cathedral, bars and restaurants. We were met on arrival and you can scan a barcode in the apartment for wifi and instructions for all the kitchen appliances, which was helpful.

Disliked: Note that although the apartment has a private parking space in the underground car park, parking is very tight and only suitable for a smaller car.
