  Liked: The host Mercedes was super sweet and helpful. I was going through a small problem where my luggage was gone to another location and I had to converse with the customer care in spanish. She helped me with that conversation which eventually helped me to get my luggage back. Thanks a lot Mercedes! The room, toilet and kitchen were all super clean and I loved my stay there.

  Disliked: No frently reception.It was closed and didn't open.I was waiting outside to open many mimutes. No luggage storage and you can't stay inside after check out at 11 o clock. I was very disappointed. I don't recommend it at all.

  Liked: Our host was fantastic, she gave us a good overview of the best things to do in the city. The room was wonderful, comfortable and clean. The building itself is really cool, with marble and tile everywhere.
