  A very friendly place in a central location

  Liked: Encarni, the owner, was very warm & welcoming. She had lots of useful tips and was able to help promptly with any queries. The Hostal is clean & comfortable & superby situated, near the cathedral and all the central sights. There are many lovely restaurants further down the street, particularly the one next door, run by Encarni's family.

  Good experience. I would stay there again

  Liked: Perfect location and staff.

  Disliked: It was a little bit difficult to find the parking lot. Maybe, next time, it would be easier if they give us the parking lot name since the beginning. That is situated in Plaza de Los Campos. It is easy to take the luggage to the hotel. The shower hanger was broken.

  Good stay in Granada

  Liked: Nice little hotel. There were water coolers on each floor, which made it easy to fill up a bottle before heading out. Very central location and walkable to many things, including the local bus stop. The owner/manager Encarni was delightful - I only saw her once when checking in but we texted a bit to resolve an issue and arrange for dropping my keys at check-out. Good strong air conditioning in the room.

  Disliked: There's no lift to higher floors and no breakfast or coffee, but that's all in the listing. I didn't see anyone else the whole time I was there except for check-in, so it's not a social place, but it was quiet.

  Awful

  Liked: Awful, dirty, full of bugs. No elevator and won’t help with luggage. You need to wait for when the host is free to let you in. Lots of incorrect information including the address.
