  Liked: Good location and easy to get to centre of Granada

  Disliked: The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the toilet was very small, bit uncomfortable but it was ok

  Lovely stay in Granada

  Liked: Easy to get to plus parking at the hotel. Staff were all very helpful and friendly

  Disliked: Could have done with an extra pillow and surprised there was no coffee machine or tea/ coffee facilities

  Staff were very helpful. Will be great once refurbished

  Liked: Location near to public transport to centre of Granada. Views from our room

  Disliked: In process of refurbishing. Decor and fittings in our room were definitely “tired” and in need of upgrades. Room had quite a strong smell.

  We really enjoyed our stay here as easy to get to centre & good bar/ restaurants near hotel

  Liked: Good spacious room,comfortable beds, very comfortable lounge chair, lots of coat hangers.The staff were very helpful. Nearby bus/ trams to centre.

  Disliked: No coffee or tea option in room, corridor carpet dirty & needs replacing. Lighting in bathroom wasn’t brilliant.
