Liked: The hotel was very clean, the room was very big and the staff was very welcoming

Disliked: You need to use public transport to get to the centre in 20/25 minutes. The room was on the street and noisy.

Liked: Kindness and helpfulness of Mr. Pepe and lady at the reception, everything very well organized, size of the room and balcony, no usage of scented products, the hotel would deserve 3*.

  Disliked: Nothing

Super close to hospital, comfortable and welcoming

Liked: I was a difficult booking - at 9:45 PM, because I had a relative in the hospital and needed a place to stay. I appreciate the hotel calling me, giving me the entry codes, and making sure I was warm that night.

Disliked: Didn't realize breakfast was not included until asked to pay. Never got the Wifi password. Struggled a bit with the online checkin on my phone. It would say it captured my passport data from the image, but then ask me to fill in many other things that kept disappearing off the screen.

Some drawbacks but met our needs

Liked: Good size room, comfortable, clean, nice balcony.

Disliked: Far walk from the center (2 miles), poor shower function/very small, very limited free street parking
