  Disapiinting

  Liked: Location, decor, bed, shower.

Disliked: No loser or drawers, just a rack. The only chair in the room had wobbly legs. Staff at the reception was mostly absent. No ice or glasses in the hotel. Had to buy our own two blocks away.

Character property, good size room in a central location

Liked: Location. Short walk from transportation. Large rooms and very comfortable bed. Lobby area nice in a property with a wonderful character. Gentleman on reception was very helpful. I also enjoyed the local cafe for a nice Spanish breakfast which was included in my room rate.

Disliked: The sofa in lounge was laid as a bed so I had nowhere to sit apart from a hard chair. Rooms were a little too dark for me. Noise in morning from a crane in the very narrow street directly outside my window. Out of the control of hotel but it wasn't particularly restful or a pleasant situation.

Very beautiful hotel but unfortunately the lift broke down

Liked: Group of 7 only problem was we got stuck in the lift for just on an hour then the lift was out of order for the rest of our stay and we had 3 disabled in our group and we’re not offered a lower floor as they were on the third floor and no help with luggage

Disliked: Only the lift broke down

Liked: Location excellent, quiet street but close to city centre. Is a true Andalucia style hotel. Room for 4 is big.
