The location was perfect, bed was very comfortable and some of the staff very nice others not so

  Liked: The location was great

Disliked: The first room they gave us, there was something wrong with the bathroom had a very bad smell, the second room was much better but the AC didn’t work, windows opened but not easily and very noisy at night with them open, safe didn’t work either. Enough coffee for 1 day as well as water

Liked: The location is very close to the city center and the congress center. A supermarket and a pharmacy are nearby.

Disliked: very noisy. I can hear my neighbor using the bathroom, people talking in the corridor, the bell from the church, and car noise from the street. Cannot sleep without earplugs.

Decent stay that can have much more potential if basics are met

Liked: I enjoyed the quietness. Free candies at the desk (i have a sweet tooth). House cleaning everyday and prompt every time. Professional and kind staff.

Disliked: Breakfast is €14..? Okay.. Hair was everywhere in my room on the floor and even with house keeping somehow a new strand appeared everyday from the previous guess that was there. The proper cleaning that should’ve have been done was not upon arrival. Be prepared, the “blanket” for the bed is not a blanket, it’s basically 2 sheets mashed together in hopes to keep you warm at night. The A/C sits directly above the bed (for single suite).

A comfortable and safe solo travel stay

Liked: Comfortable location, great view of the church, and very friendly staff (Roxana). Loved the view of the church from my single room and enjoyed the natural light that comes from the windows (that can be closed with curtains). The AC was nice and cool for the summer, slippers and toiletries were also provided.

Disliked: The hotel is not directly connected to buses that takes you directly to/from points of interests like Albaicin and Alhambra (i.e. you'd need to transfer buses), but it's only about 10 mins walk away from stops like Gran Via 5 that are connected to these main attractions.
