Good
Liked: I reserved a double room for single occupancy but was happy to get a room very spacious, king size bed, and a balcony with a view. The staff were very accommodating.
Disliked: I didn't have a shower, only a big jacuzzi bathtub. Hotel parking was not free, and the hotel is located on a no-street-parking zone, so l had no choice but to pay for the parking, 20€ per day is costly.
Good location but eat and drink out
Liked: The hotels location is very good within easy walking distance of the main tourist attractions. The room was a good size the terrace was a lovely addition. Overall a good hotel.
Disliked: Reception staff efficient but unwelcoming. Both bar staff on the Saturday evening of our stay were dismissive and outright rude. We asked at the bar for a coffee and were told they had other guests who wanted to order food. They could have told us about the drinks vending machine in the lobby but did not do so. Such a shame as they let the hotel down.
My daughter was going to Uni in Granada and a lovely hotel for solo stays. Will be returning
Liked: It was so beautiful on the balcony over looking the mountains and and Granada. The sunsets were fantastic. The swimming pool was refreshing after sunbathing. The staff particularly in the bar were helpful. Only a short walk into the city 15 minutes or get a bus down the bottom of the hill 5 minutes walk.
Disliked: Nothing i disliked, i had a wonderful stay and definitely will return.
Great stay would definitely recommend if you want a pool and to be close to city, Alhambra etc

Disliked: Not a lot - only thing is quite far out city but that’s the price you pay for wanting a pool

Liked: We were upgraded to a suite. The staff made us feel extremely welcome and the location was perfect for exploring. Amazing views of Sierra Nevada.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.
