  One-night stay at Hotel Macià Monasterio de los Basilios

  Liked: As a former monastery, the hotel is different to most and 'quirky' in a nice way. We only stayed one night and the room was modern and comfortable. The hotel was nicely located for the purpose of our visit and close to an attractive park.

  Disliked: There was an event taking place nearby, with loud music, but this fortunately ended around 10pm. The room was a little short of natural light.

  It was excellent

  Liked: This hotel was amazing. I have stayed in many hotels over the years and I must honestly say it is at the top of my list. My view from our terrace was breathtaking. Our bed was very comfortable and room very clean. if and when I return to Granada this is the hotel I will choose.

  Disliked: The room and service was superd.

  Liked: Lovely old building from the outside & friendly staff

  Disliked: Had a terrace, and while you can see mountains in the distance, there are 3 or 4 children's sports courts immediately adjacent, with kids playing sports all day & adults playing football in the evening. So there wasn't really any privacy. To be fair the glazing was good enough to keep the noise out. No tea or coffee facilities in the room.
