  Liked: Great location- near to shops and restaurants

  Disliked: We are a party of 5 - booked 3 rooms. One of our room was allocated on 3rd floor and there’s no elevator to 3rd floor so we need to carry 2 heavy luggage up a narrow staircase. There are no staff around to help Practically no service provided- reception desk only open from 9am to 5pm. Hence if you need any help after 5pm there’s no one to help out. One of our rooms the shower area was so dirty

  Fantastic little place in a great location with easy access to everything

  Liked: That there was a receptionist there. There was easy 24/7access once you were registered. The interior was attractive. The room was roomy and comfortable.

  Disliked: It was a little noisy on the weekends nights. There was no fridge.

  Reception was well manned speaking both English and Spanish

  Liked: The property was very well positioned to Granada City within walking distance to all amenities and facilities

  Disliked: The rooms were clean And comfortable. Toiletries came from Rituals which I also use. Water, Coffee and Tea for something to drink.

  We had paid a little extra to treat ourselves and the stay was a huge disappointment. Definitely not worth the money we

  Liked: A nice enough building and interior courtyard.

  Disliked: Our rooms were at the front of the hotel backing onto a small road and numerous restaurant and bars. It was incredibly noisy all night and we couldn’t sleep.
