Great stay in Granada
Liked: The location and ease to get to a lot of the major attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. And then the views from our balcony and dining area were wonderful.
Disliked: Could occasionally hear the water running when the people flush the toilet above us.

Comfortable and friendly
Liked: We had a lovely suite with two rooms and two massive balconies. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. We found parking nearby. Location was good. Staff friendly. Enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: Decor was maybe a little bit tired but also charming.
Great option - would fully recommend
Liked: The staff are very friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony restaurant is great, especially the sunsets. The hotel is only a 15 minute walk from Alhambra (check directions with staff because our Google maps tried to send us a longer way). It's an easy 15-20 minute walk downhill to city centre, or there's a bus stop across the road from the hotel and buses run like clockwork every 30 minutes for €1.60 per trip. Taxi trip is about €6. The rooms aren't large but are comfortable.
Disliked: Parking is on-street and there are only a few spaces by the hotel, so available spaces can be a couple of minutes walk away. But parking is free of charge unlike most other places we were in.
