  Great option for Granada stay

  Liked: Room was very clean, big and full of light, great location, very helpful and friendly staff when we needed them.

  Disliked: The downside to the great location is that there was a lot of noise from the street until midnight or later. Not the hotel’s fault at all, but if you’re sensitive and need to sleep early you might want to bring earplugs

  Academy Award performance! Worth repeating over-and-over! LOVEIT!!!! Nothing close to perfection!

  Liked: What an experience and pleasant surprise. Our room was named ROMERO and it was absolutely 10**********! Our room had to balconies facing the main plaza. The room itself came out of a fairytale novel! The entire room was a gift wrapped in history, architecture, romance and vintage-WOW!!!!! Worth every penny! Our favorite go-to breakfast was around the corner Artesanas de Granada! Managed by an all-female crew!! Academy Award menu! Simplicity at is finests! WOWWOWOWOWOWOW! Must go!!!!

  Excellent location and very comfortable at a reasonable price

  Liked: The hotel is in an excellent location for visiting the Alhambra, various plazas, the indoor food market, historic attractions and museums, great shopping and many bars - all in walking distance. There's a taxi rank and a tourist train in the plaza. The room and bathroom were very spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. I especially appreciated the toiletries that included hair conditioner and it all smelt divine. The street outside our room was noisey, but Spain is noisey, they speak as though there's a major argument taking place. We went to Granada to visit my cousin and would use this hotel again for all of the above and it's reasonably priced too.

  Disliked: The breakfast was dissappointing. It was basic continental and not particularly inspiring. There's not enough seating for the size of the hotel. We walked out twice. There are plenty of places nearby to have breakfast but they are twice the cost.

  Disliked: Breakfast and the room heating was not working. They joined to single beds for a couple which were moving away while sleeping

  Liked: Great location, but this accommodation has seen better days. A cupboard door came off its hinges. There was no latch on the door to the shower and toilet. They said they couldn't get the part to fix it (made me wonder how long it has been like that).

  Excellent location

  Liked: Great location, 10-15 minutes walking to Alhambra’s Puerta de la Justicia, 5 minutes to a bus stop and also 5 mins to the cathedral. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and tapas places. It was comfortable, nice, as pictured.

  Disliked: There was a little noise at night from plaza nueva but it was expected since I chose the room with Alhambra view, right by the square.
