  Granada recommend stay

  Liked: Helpful and polite staff, lovely breakfast included, Extra services such as computer and printer, 24 hour coffee, living room area.

  Overrated hotel in a beautiful city

  Liked: The location of the hotel is great, however it should be pointed out that it is very noisy... especially when the glass recycling truck comes at 5.30am! The breakfast selection was good, and the complimentary coffee in the lounge a great idea.

  Disliked: Of the 5 staff we encountered during our stay, two were very helpful and the remaining 3 were unsuitable for any customer facing role. For a 4 star hotel, the WiFi had no coverage in our 2nd floor room, which we noted was pointed in in reviews from 3 years ago - surely adequate time to fix this! Our bathroom was dirty with black mould around parts of the shower. The skirtings in the bathroom were thick with dust, and despite pointing this out (and showing photographs), this did not change for the entirety of our stay.

  I really enjoyed my stay and felt very safe in the location

  Liked: My room overlooked a delightful square, which was filled with people milling around and relaxing. It was really close to the cathedral and tourist train, so a really convenient location and the staff were very nice and helpful.

  Disliked: My room was much smaller than expected.

  Liked: Location was excellent. We walked almost everywhere. Staff were very helpful and friendly and helped with bus routes, taxis etc. Also with restaurant recommendations. Will recommend it and definitely stay again.

  Disliked: Maybe a light blanket or extra sheet. But there’s nothing that we disliked.
