  Liked: Excellent location, good communication from the staff.

  Disliked: Minimal extras included. Will have to purchase every single item you need for cooking. Absolute pain trying to find parking, drive around for 1.5 hours trying to find a spot to park the car as all the car parks were full, lots of one way streets, try avoid bringing the car if possible

  Disliked: Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. The sofa bed in the living room was in very poor condition, and the overall cleanliness of the accommodation was not satisfactory. What was even more disappointing was the lack of attention and support. There was practically no one available to assist us when we needed help. When we raised our concerns, we were simply told, “We have five hotels and we cannot keep up with everything.” Another serious issue was that they failed to register our car in the system. As a result, we were unable to enter Granada by car. When we asked about the situation, instead of helping us, they behaved very poorly and told us that if we received a fine, they would not pay it. This was completely unacceptable. Registering a guest's vehicle when required should be a basic responsibility of the accommodation, especially when it directly affects access to the city. Having five hotels is not an excuse for poor cleanliness, inadequate maintenance, failure to properly register a guest's vehicle, or a lack of customer support. We expected a much better standard and would definitely not stay here again.

  Liked: Clean,spacious, all necessary suff available,even small quantity of washing powder as well

  Disliked: Just feel needs to be provide tissues in rooms and kitchen paper towels in kitchen. Necessary to be install USB and usb c direct ports as well

  Liked: It was big and modern and clean.

  Disliked: There was no salt or tea towel. Ee stayed in room 1B. Even though the windows were closed, the sound of people talking in the streets were as if they were inside the house. Meaning it was too loud and I could hear everything

  Great place to stay, well-situated in the town and high up the hill close to major attractions

  Liked: Flat was great and just what I needed for my three nights. Very comfortable, clean, and well-equiped.

  Disliked: Getting in was difficult. It wasn't very clear how to use machine to check-in. I had to call someone to get code and figure out how to use door. Once I got it, the system was easy and convenient but initially complicated. Someone had to help me and later I had to help someone else. If no other guests had been around, it would have been much more difficult.
