Ideal stay for a few days right in the centre and very comfortable

Terrible, horrible, horrendous STAY AWAY

Disliked: The property was horrendous. We found evidence of drug use down the side of the sofa, as well as food and other mess down the side of the cushions. We only found this as my 8yearld daughter’s foot was hurt by a cocktail stick down there. We also had such an issue with noise at the property we were not able to sleep at all. Both bedrooms are at the front of the property and only a few feet higher than street level so it was impossible to sleep. Both bedrooms have shutters that didn’t close properly so the property didn’t feel at all safe. We reported this to the property early the next morning and have been completely ignored. We left that day and paid to stay in another property. We have heard nothing from the property after sending several messages! Booking.com haven’t been much more help to be honest they have also been slow to help. We would say stay away!!

Disliked: We didn’t have hot water for half our stay so couldn’t shower comfortably
We had an excellent stay and a great visit in Granada
Liked: This was the nicest apartment we had in Spain. We had a minor issue which the host addressed immediately. It was a perfect place to stay. Although Granada was crowded the apartment was in an old part of town but away from all the crowds.
Disliked: I cannot think of anything.

Disliked: It was my first time staying at a place that had no receptionist. I’m sure modern Enterprises are done this way, but it’s very alienating.
