  I feel like I need a partial refund for how different the stay was compared to as advertised

  Liked: Location very central to everything

  Disliked: Did not advertise that in October / shoulder months, neither heat nor ac is working (only the fan) bc the building is so old it can’t do both at once. It was super hot at night because of this. There were also holes in my sheets.

  Nice hotel, good location

  Liked: Good location, clean and comfortable.

  Disliked: Missing some of the facilities of other 4 star hotels, even in the same chain. No coffee in room for example.
