Liked: The location is great, right at the city center. You can get anywhere by walking.

Disliked: The property is a bit worn down and in need of renovation. The carpet has many stains. The bathroom sealing isn’t the best, water kept leaking down from the shower area and in the sink into the floor all the time. The room is very cold due to improper insulation. One morning we turned on the A/C to 26 degrees (the maximum temperature) trying to warm the room up because the outside temperature was 10 degrees. The room only warmed up to 19 degrees.

  Very good

Liked: Excellent location in the heart of the city. Spacious rooms with wonderful views over the Isabel Catolica square and the Gran Via. Very good breakfast, very good restaurant in the same building. Quiet. Friendly people.

Disliked: The ventilation of the rooms/bathroom could be better. In the end I had a room where it was possible to open a window but this is not not guaranteed for all rooms.
