Modern and clean apartment in a very good location of Granada

Liked: Well appointed apartment unit in a very good location of Granada. 15-min walk to Alhambra or 5-10 mins walk to the Centro

Disliked: The bathroom and the shower cubicle in particular are very small. It got very noisy from the two units below ours which were occupied by youngsters.

  Great apartment. AMAZING customer service

Liked: - great apartment - good location - well equipped - clean - SUPERB customer service: i really want to thank Maxi hotels for the great customer service. During my 2 weeks trip, I stayed in 10 different places, and by far this was the best customer service I encountered in Spain thus far. Very responsive, understanding, professional and empathetic. They gave me an early check-in which I very much needed and was very responsive and understanding when i arrived a bit earlier and codes didn’t work. The amazing customer service made this place memorable for me. Please keep up this great service it is very much lacking around busy cities.

  Disliked: - nothing
