Exceptional
Liked: Apartment was great, location is perfect! The only downside is if you’re coming by car you need to park few minutes away from the apartment.
Be careful, there are bedbugs in the apartments!!!
Liked: The location and the first impression.
Disliked: This is horrible! There are bedbugs in the apartment! I was bitten terribly first on the sofa and then in the bed in the master bedroom. I was in real shock and didn't receive any support from the owner. Analyzing the situation, I think they were there all the time. It's very strange that the bedrooms are re-equipped with new furniture, and the sofa and armchair in the hall are old and quite dirty. They must have tried to get rid of the bedbugs before. I never thought that this would happen to me after almost 20 years of using Booking services. Plus another phobia. Be very careful!
Last minute change to one bathroom property inconvenient.Poor Wi-Fi.Disappointing
Liked: Location.Spacious.
Disliked: Only one bathroom.We booked and paid for a two bathroom property but Wekey changed the booking at the last minute to a different property at a different location.This was highly inconvenient.The Wi-Fi was merely a booster and was weak and pretty useless.Entry to property by WhatsApp sent codes worked but with some difficulty.There was no human involvement at all and the whole process would be impossible without a smart phone.How older people cope with that system I don’t know.
Pleasent and convenient
Liked: Apartment was in a good location. It was spacious and well equipped. Having an additional WC was also beneficial.
Disliked: Property was clean but the €30 cleaning fee seems excessive for a night stopover. The WiFi was not working in throughout the apartment, even the living room TV when it was 10feet away from the router. There was a tv in the master bedroom and it didn’t work. The shower drain is very slow you are standing in dirty soapy water and wait.
Beautiful apartment, great location
Liked: Modern and new updates. Beautiful finishings. Ample space for a family, well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms. The location was great and within a 5-7 mins a walking distance to a ton of restaurants and cafes.
Liked: Superb location, extremely easy check-in process. The owner was very quick to respond when we had an issue with one of the beds.
Disliked: The apartment could have been slightly cleaner!
