  Lovely escape palace

  Liked: Location, staff, cleaness, terasse, access, airco (especially)... all good and very nice

  Disliked: The only bémol were the thin walls, where we had to enjoy a neighbour enjoying a TV show. Not too loud, but enough to grind ones teeth for about 45min. Could have knocked at their door, I know.

  Liked: We ate dinner at a nearby restaurant (Miguel Ángel) which was a high5G light of our stay. The parking garage nearby was great and easy to access.

  Disliked: Elevator was a little scary. Breakfast a bit meager for what we paid.

  Disliked: Experiencia muy decepcionante. No lo recomiendo si buscas descansar. Estuve dos noches y no pude descansar ninguna debido al volumen excesivo de la música y los eventos organizados por el propio hotel. La primera noche el ruido se prolongó hasta las 2 de la madrugada y la segunda me aseguraron que terminaría a las 22:00, pero no fue así. El hotel reconoció posteriormente que deberían haber informado a los huéspedes de estos eventos antes de la reserva. De haberlo sabido, nunca habría reservado aquí. La única “solución” que ofrecieron fue cambiarme de habitación ya de noche, cuando ya estaba instalada y tenía que levantarme a las 6:30, además de un desayuno que no compensa en absoluto el precio pagado. A pesar de reconocer el problema, se negaron a ofrecer cualquier tipo de reembolso. Pagar un hotel para no poder dormir y que después no asuman ninguna responsabilidad es, sencillamente, inaceptable.
