  Great place to stay for a relaxing holiday

  Liked: The host was waiting outside the building for us, we arranged the time in advance and confirmed it once landed. We have been provided with a telephone number via booking.com in order to make sure we can stay in touch once in the country. The host spoke good enough English to explain everything, took a deposit and returned it as per agreement. Location was great for us as we have stayed for almost two weeks. Big supermarket within 5min walk. Walk to the beach was less than 10min, a lot restaurants and bars to chose from, all within the walking distance. About 15min walk to coach station if you would like to explore Alicante or Torrevieja. Friendly people and calm town compare to the big loud neighbours, perfect for a relaxing holiday.

  Disliked: Couple loud pubs just outside of the place but can't help it. The mattress needs changing, worn out springs. The balcony door didn't lock. I'm guessing they have done that because people have locked themselves out before but you are high enough not to worry about the safety. Also worn out beach equipment. I was just worried that we will get charged for it by the host when they took the deposit.

  Great location, nice balcony that was the best bits but would not re book apartment as its too basic and no quality beds

  Liked: Location and balcony. Also mgmt team you deal with very responsive.

  Disliked: All furnishings/sheets etc very cheap and basic and sofa and beds not comfortable. Sheets were so thin and not pleasant. En suite shower room tiny and shower unusable -rusty pole and rusty base and super small - very unpleasant. Kitchen was really a large cupboard Overall the bare minimum has been spent on this apartment - so not very pleasant. Also only one set of keys provided which made life difficult. Whilst there was air con in lounge there was none in either bedroom.

  We were lucky with the weather and the apartment is within walking distance of shops and s

  Liked: We were board only. We made our own breakfasts in the kitchen and ate out for lunch, etc

  Disliked: One ior two small chests of drawers would have been very welcome as we had to keep our smaller items of clothing in our suitcases during our stay.

  Lovely apartment, great location, friendly host

  Liked: Our flight was delayed and our host was very helpful, meeting us to hand over the keys and give us a tour. The apartment balcony faces north. Which meant even at 35degC we could sit outside and the apartment didn't over heat. The aircon coped well with the heat too. Everything worked, we didn't use much in the kitchen as there were great places to eat on our doorstep, but it was well equipped. 5 min walk to the beach or 5 mins to a big mercadona. Lovely new breakfast and ice cream place just downstairs. The square is well used, but not noisy. There were beach chairs and a brolly. The ensuite is tiny, but much appreciated.

  Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

  We, as friends, were visiting a friend who has lived in Spain for over four years, she lives not too far from this locat

  Liked: Three minutes from the beautiful seafront. I liked it had a balcony with a view into the square, area was quiet at this time of year, November, I would imagine in the height of the summer it would be extremely busy

  Disliked: The cleaner had missed two make up remover tissues in a bathroom drawer. I disposed of them. When paying 50 euros for cleaning this should not happen. But aside from that the apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped.
