Lovely house and excellent location, family friendly, it had everything a family needs!
Liked: Lovely property with all the essentials needed! The aircon was brilliant and we loved the location of the property, 10 mts walk to the beach and to the supermarket Mercadona. We enjoyed making breakfast every morning and having pizza at night! The kitchen is very well equipped and we relaxed in the swimming located downstairs.
Spacious apartment
Liked: Clean, spacious and well equipped. Host easy to reach.
Disliked: Having to empty the aircon water bucket too often. I would suggest a bigger bucket. Shower head was loose and weren't advised shower plate was leaking, but it all got sorted very quickly.
Liked: The apartment was spoless, close to everything, the owner was very nice and very helpful, would definitely stay there again.
GOOD
Liked: The apartment is right in the middle of Guardamar, there are loads of bars and restaurants close by.
Disliked: It was quite cold in the apartment, there is hot and cold aircon fitted, but it struggled to keep the living room warm. We have previously stayed here in the summer and the aircon kept it cool. There was no other heating in the apartment.
We enjoyed our stay in Guardamar, even in November the seafront eateries and bars are open
Liked: The location is a short distance, on foot, from all local amenities and services, including the beach, bus station, supermarkets, eateries, etc. Accommodation is reasonably spacious for 4 adults and has the usual kitchen and bathroom equipment which was all in working condition. A 100 euro deposit was required upon key collection which was returned quickly after leaving the property.

Liked: The apartment was centrally located, an abundance of bars & restaurants in the immediate area. My deposit was refunded promptly.
