Guest reviews
Poor there was actually no staff to complain to
Disliked: You couldn't use the pool basically because the whole place was run down. There were no facilities whatsoever everything was shut. There were lots ofamilies actually living permanently in the property with dogs who never stopped barking.
ideal value for money
Very bad experience
Liked: What I like was the easy parking and the view, the personel at the reception was polite
Disliked: Negative experience. The card to open the main door was not working at first, which was already inconvenient. Then, on December 23rd, they decided it was not cold enough to turn on the heating. The air conditioning did not provide warm air at all. I was freezing and felt sick the next day. I was even considering sleeping in my car because I couldn’t warm myself up. I have never had this kind of experience before. Additionally, the electrical plugs were not properly fixed to the wall, the lift wasn't work and I was at the 7th floor.
Checked out after a few hours booked into another hotel had booked for 2 nights
Liked: Staff were friendly
Disliked: Very basic facilities the sofa and beds were very uncomfortable not very clean
Liked: The apartments are clean and comfortable with free parking. They are ideal for both an overnight stopover and for relaxing and visiting Alicante.
Liked: Everything the staff the location the whole experience was top notch
Disliked: The pool was not open but I suppose it's coming out of season.
