  Lovely stay in Haro

  Liked: Good location, close to centre but quiet. Good size apartment, with very comfy beds. Easy to park (for free) within a few minutes walk. The lady at the reception who gave us the keys was very helpful and friendly.

  Disliked: The apartment would benefit from air conditioning (it was very hot when we stayed, and whilst the fans helped a lot, there were a few days when these were not enough). Would be good to have a couple more kitchen utensils, some small bowls, and pegs for the laundry.

  Liked: Nothing

  Disliked: No hot water! There was no AC, just small fans. The front door did not function properly and could not be locked from inside, someone wandered into the apartment by accident. I never felt comfortable or safe during my stay.

  Comfortable and safe location but pricey for a single person and no obvious access to wifi

  Liked: Good location for what I needed. Spacious apartment in a rustic building. The reception staff on arrival and departure were friendly. The bed was comfy and a fan I the room was very welcome given the heat.

  Disliked: The emphasis prior to check in was all about what I must and must not do in order to be refunded my 90€ deposit. Emails and various WhatsApp messages. Apparently there was free Wifi, but there was no indication in the room or in the reception area of the code and the reception was not staffed apart from at arrival and departure. I think a 10am check out, when you have to strip the bed and clear out the rubbish too, is too early. For one person staying, this apartment is too expensive for the area in which it is.
