  It was a place to sleep for a tired cyclist

  Liked: I did not have a long enough stay to like anything.

  Disliked: I reserved a single room for 54 euro and they put me in a double room in the basement and charged 69 euro. The room was large, but not very clean. The bathroom was unfinished.

  Very nice and comfy with amazing views of the Rioja region and the beautiful and must visit Vivanco

  Liked: The hotel is well located, very comfortable and right in the middle of the pueblo/town. The restaurante had delicious food but there weren't many options for picky eaters (e.g. kids). Friendly staff.

  Disliked: The hotel notes EV charging available and that is not in the property but in the plaza close buy (50 m away), which was not working. When I asked if the charging station was working (prior to arrival), I was told it was at the plaza. When I got there, it was not working. So, it should be informed that it is not in the hotel.

  Disliked: We left messages on their landline and mobile but never had a reply. Nobody there to greet us so we had no choice but to find another hotel. We will challenge any attempt to charge us.

The property has 1 room adapted for guests with reduced mobility, with a floor-level shower and shower seat. Please note that there is no handrail in the bathroom.

Please note that the offsite restaurant is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. It is located on a slope and the bathroom is not easily accessible by wheelchairs.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
