  A great apartment with great hosts

  Liked: The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Haro. We really appreciated having the space to relax in compared to a hotel room. Being able to have access to private parking was important for us and it is only a short walk away. What makes this apartment so special is the lovely communication from Jose and he contacted us before our stay with all the information we would need. On arrival we were met by Pablo, who was also extremely helpful with lots of local recommendations, all this helped us to have a great time.

  A pretty town for a 2-3 day visit

  Liked: Jose was an exceptional host. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He provided masses of information about Haro, returned the first night to unlock an extra room, and spent over an hour helping us to book onward bus tickets, as the websites are impossible for foreigners to negotiate. The apartment has large rooms, but a very compact kitchen. There are several appliances, large fridge, stove and microwave but there is little preparation space. The main bedroom is very comfortable, but the only outside window is in the other bedroom, which allows fresh air and sunshine, so it is better if that room is also open. Haro is a very beautiful, small town.

  Disliked: Because Haro is so small, there is nowhere to buy bus tickets so make sure to buy return tickets.
