Fabulous
Ant infestation, toxic insecticide, unlawful charge of second deposit
Liked: The WiFi was good.
Disliked: Very disappointing and unsafe stay. The apartment had a severe ant infestation, there were literally thousands of them throughout the apartment, including the kitchen. They even got inside the kettle and as a result inside my coffee. This is completely unacceptable and, in my opinion, a serious hygiene and health concern. The property was also very difficult to contact when the problem occurred. Eventually, insecticide had to be used, which was toxic to my cats, meaning while positioning themselves as pet-friendly, they are not pet-safe. Such insecticide can harm animals and lead to their death due to toxic chemicals. On top of this, my security deposit was charged twice. Although both charges were eventually refunded, the second charge was made without my consent, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe about the security of my bank information. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property.
Wonderful design and compact apartment
Liked: Nice compact apartment. Well thought out design with everything you need including a washing machine, small oven (nice touch) and iron.
Disliked: Coffee granules would be great for Italian coffee maker supplied;)
A lovely very clean apartment close to Cathedral in quiet street. It has everything you need
Liked: The location was great. So close to Cathedral. Not too far from large free car park too. The apartment was spotlessly clean, it had everything you could need. Not too far from a couple of places that served coffee and breakfast. We thought it was great value for money.
Disliked: Nothing! I would highly recommend the apartment.
Everything except wi-fi were incredible. Communication, apartment, location I like so much
Liked: Location, facilities at apartments
Disliked: Wi-Fi
