Exceptional
Great location in centre of Jaen
Liked: The best thing about this place is its central location in Jaen, just a stone's throw from the cathedral. The place is not large but everything worked - wifi, kitchen appliances, hot water etc. The toilet had a bum gun with excellent water pressure! Friendly and helpful owner.
Disliked: The kitchen area and the bathroom were both very small and there was virtually no natural light. Also parking is difficult. There's nothing free available within a 10 minute walk and even then one required great luck to find a vacant space.
Exceptional stay in Jaen
Liked: Highly recommended, this studio has a separate bedroom, while it is compact it has everything you need including privacy. The studio was exceptionally clean and very well laid out. The owner met us and kept in touch by whatsapp, he was very friendly and polite. We appreciated the water and little cakes left out for us. No streeet noise, quiet area with a small supermarket just around the corner 2 minutes walk. The unit had air con that also supplied heat in both the living area and bedroom, separately. The bathroom was modern with shampoo and shower gel and soap supplied. Very nice touches such as the toilet roll folded into a V shape. This was 5 star standard to detail. We appreciated the extra blanket. The unit had lots of tourist information available and a little desk. The wifi worked great to stream on youtube. There is no oven but there is a microwave with a grill.
Disliked: Nothing. Could not find fault at all.

Just great
Liked: Brilliant location, everything so clean and fresh. The most comfortable bed of the holiday, would recommend absolutely. Also we had parking, made our life much easier.
Disliked: Nothing
It was a good stay in a lovely town. I would recommend this apartment for 1 person or a couple
Liked: A good selection of pastries provided for breakfasts free of charge. Excellent location a short walk from the Cathedral. Clean and well equipped, ideal for 1 or 2 people.
Disliked: No real issues. The ad doesn't state that use of the garage has an additional cost associated (€10 per day), but it is right next door to the apartment and well worth the money. There are no windows in the living area, just one in the bedroon.
Immaculate studio close to cathedral in a lovely city
Liked: An immaculate, well designed and equipped studio apartment, with the added bonus of private parking in garage next door, in the heart of the old town just minutes from the cathedral. Extremely friendly host who met us on arrival, explained everything and helped guide me into the garage (narrow street makes access a little tricky, but we have a Suzuki Vitara and were fine). An amazing - and unexpected - selection of food and drinks provided free of charge for breakfast. Excellent!
Disliked: Nothing to dislike
