Disliked: 1. The parking card was not activated and we spent 1 hour trying to park and asking for help 1 o 'clock in the morning. 2. We arrived at the apartment and there was no toilet paper neither kitchen paper etc. 3.There were towels for 1 person and only one room was prepared to host. So there were no towels and sheets for the other person. 4. The apartment has a very bad smell probably from the building (because the apartment itself was clean). 5. The sofas looked very dirty - we did not want to sit on them.

  Vacation

Liked: Very nice room, comfortable, clean, spacious, close to center of town,

Disliked: Improve delivering instructions to get into room for non Spanish speaking guests, a little difficult finding where to park car but the attendants in garage were very helpful,

Key pickup nightmare - please change your system

Liked: This is a spacious apartment with a great location. Very central to everything and comfortable.

Disliked: The key pickup system means you have to drive out of your way for 20 minutes when you arrive and leave. This should be stated when you book, not afterwards, as it is very inconvenient. The parking card for the public carpark did not work as we were on a motorcycle, which was very stressful, especially in a second language. The apartment is great, but we would not book it again for these reasons.
