Good
Liked: It’s clean and comfortable place! It’s in the excellent location
Disliked: There is nothing i don’t like
Great budget friendly place in Jaen
Liked: A very clean spacious apartment with private room and shared WC, kitchen and laundry. The Staff was all virtual via texting but I got used to it. He gave me an upgrade closer to free parking which was nice.
Disliked: It's not the apartments fault but Jaen was kind of boring, few interesting shops unless you like El Corte Ingles.
Disliked: They keep you waiting to send instructions to get to the room. They insist you call them by phone, and they don’t send the instructions via booking,so if your roaming is not working, you are stuck. I kept waiting outside. After I found a way to call they did not answer, they eventually sent instructions via WhatsApp. When I got to the room, I found out that it is different from the one I booked, a smaller one. When I pointed it out, they said the rooms are the same while they are not. I have been to the other room before. I had to stay in the room since I was tired, and I have a full week of work waiting. I insisted on having a tv which was in the description of the room and was available in the other room, and they got me one on the second day of my stay. This is not a good way to treat clients.
Liked: Clean..City Center.. Professionalism
Liked: Good shower, especially the music shower
Disliked: The changing lights
Liked: Great location, lots happening nearby
