Exceptional
Absolutely perfect stay we will be back
Liked: Set a few minutes from the beach, which has a bar/restaurant called La Siesta, with beautiful views. The house is quaint and beautiful a Traditional Spanish Villa. All was clean and tidy, with an abundance of soace.
Disliked: The only issue we had is that you could only shower 1 at a time, due to water pressure.

Liked: Amazing location, walkable to both sandy beaches and the market! The outdoor space is beautiful and very kid friendly we would definitely return!
Really good, if we come back to Xabia we'll probably stay here again!
Liked: Lovely property in a great location. Clean and tidy, well designed and served our needs (a group of friends and cycling trip) perfectly.
Disliked: Perhaps understandably we couldn't use all the showers simultaneously. But not a real issue in the grand scheme of things.

Liked: The villa is located in an amazing location. Easy walk to the beach and the old town. Our hosts were amazing and very helpful. We've stayed in the area for 20 years and this is one of the best villas!

Liked: The house is great. We couldn't take full advantage as it was January. Beds were large and comfortable and I think the house would work extremely well for up to three couples.
