Exceptional
Fantastic!!
Liked: We love staying at the property. It was clean, quiet and fantastic staff. This is what we were looking for! We were served with welcome drinks upon arrival. We really like the location of the property and the best part of the stay was 90min private thermal spa (heated salt pool, sauna and hamam) served with hot tea and fresh cut fruits. Ala carte breakfast was amazing with freshly prepared food and fresh cut fruits and juice. I am going to come again to stay in this property.
Disliked: We tried to find things that we didn’t like but there wasn’t any!
Lovely hotel and great food, badly let down by how they dealt with the ants in our room
Liked: The food was lovely and breakfast was great every morning. The spa is beautiful and all the staff we dealt with were friendly. We really loved most things about this hotel and would have stayed again.
Disliked: On our first day we found ants everywhere in our room, probably about 100 of them, including in the bed. Someone came up and put insecticide powder down on the floor. That powder was still sitting there when we checked out six days later. Nobody came back to clean it up and nobody told us what it was. We weren’t offered a different room and nobody said sorry. The electric shutter in the room didn’t work either. We know ants happen in Spain and wouldn’t mark a hotel down just for that, it’s what came after that bothered us. We paid £1400 for six nights of hard earned money and expected someone to come back, clear it up and check we were alright.
Liked: Everything new, Shower not working well. Blinds not working.

Disliked: Offered inflated prices and recommend taxi services which over chargers severely.
