  Excellent clean well equipped modern apartment near to Denia centre

  Liked: Lovely modern well equipped apartment as described in the ad and photos. 25 min walk to the castle / marina / downtown, so it is well situated but in a quiet suburb of Denia. Peaceful. Host was super friendly and helpful with excellent communication.

  Disliked: The lovely balcony has no sunshade!! Being the top floor it was unusable during the day to eat or just sit at the lovely outside table and enjoy the spectacular Mountain View’s. Most other apartments had a retractable blind that covered the terrace area, seems like a basic missing item. Also, silly thing, but the lovely communal pool was full of bugs and bits and there was no net on a pole so we could give it a clear out which we would have been happy to do. Not the hosts fault as this is a communal area but with noting.

  Liked: Carolina is the perfect host. Flexible and easy to communicate with. The apartment is beautiful. Spacious immaculately clean and well equipped with lots of storage space and very comfortable bed. Fabulous south facing balcony with views over the pool to the mountains It is in a secure gated complex in a quiet residential area but an easy walk or tram ride into town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend without hesitation.

  Disliked: Nothing. It really was perfect for us.

  Bliss! The property has wonderful views out of the back - where the sun is - very private too
