Exceptional
Liked: Great instructions and communication. The apartment was lovely and in a perfect location just a short walk from the port area. Plenty of soap, shampoo, washing up liquid etc was provided for our stay. The kettle wasn't working when we arrived and was replaced within an hour - excellent!
Disliked: Not quite enough seating, the sofa was difficult to sit on and not big enough for 4 people.
Liked: The location was excellent, super clean and calming. The showers/bathrooms were lovely, and the balcony was just perfect. The access was very secure and clean, and the lift to the property operated smoothly. The host was very responsive and helpful. Thank you
Disliked: The pillows were hard, but I recognise this is a personal choice. The dishwasher door was difficult to open, and the 2-ring hob took a long time to heat up.
Amazing apartment right in the port
Liked: I loved the space, the beds were comfy and everything was thought of. The balcony had morning sun which was lovely.
Disliked: Nothing at all.

Disliked: Complicated check-in and check-out between pick up / drop off location for keys, the apartment and the car park, sofa cover and sofa cushions need cleaning, one dishwasher tablet / laundry detergent for a 7 night stay is below modern vacation rental standards
