Exceptional
Hidden gem in Javea
Liked: An absolutely amazing experience. Staying at the penthouse was a pleasure- the apartment was perfectly furnished, everything needed was there, it was beautiful yet cozy. My favorite place was the big terrace, it was just perfect for relaxing at any time of day, either with a morning coffee or with a glass of wine in the evening. I was also tanning there, it’s spacious and furnished. The view of the sunrise and sunset was incredible, there’s the sea right in front of the building. I loved also the living room, it was great for a night cinema. The location was also perfect, it was just about 10 mins walk from the Arenal beach and 15 mins walk from the masimas store. For me a big plus was that it was quiet around the building. The host was super nice and helpful, explained everything from the start, and we’ve had contact throughout the stay. Thank you very much, when I’ll be again in Javea I’ll definitely try to rent this place again!

Liked: The apartment was beautiful. Spacious, stunning views, tasteful and very comfortable. It has a lovely large terrace facing the sea with nice furniture. The living room is elegant with lovely furniture and art. The master bedroom and bathroom are delightful.
Disliked: The second bathroom is fine but could do with an upgrade.
Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this holiday apartment. The host was incredibly kind, gave us all the information we needed, and was contactable at any time. The apartment itself was simply perfect, with a breathtaking view throughout the entire day. The day begins with a beautiful sunrise, its golden light gradually changing into the lovely colours of the sky, and as night falls, the moon rises gracefully over the mountain, creating an unforgettable view. The apartment was equipped with everything you could possibly imagine for a comfortable holiday stay. The interior, kitchen, bathroom, and all the small details were chosen with great quality and excellent taste. All the rooms, balconies, and every corner of the apartment were spotlessly clean. I have honestly never seen a holiday rental or even 5-star hotel quite like this place. We will definitely be coming back!

Liked: We had such a great time staying at Paty and Moni’s place! We had arrived super late on the first day and they were still very flexible and accommodating with helping us do a late check in. They also let us do a late checkout on our final day as well. They’re super hospitable and helped us with many small things. They were super responsive and would get back to any questions within minutes. The house itself is gorgeous. The pictures do not do it justice, the view is incredible. The house is really cozy and feels like a home away from home and has everything you need. The location is perfect on the beach and near many other beaches and great restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!
